Once you are awarded an ARCP outcome 6, you will need to apply for your CCT with RCPCH - so you can acquire your CCT from the General Medical Council and enter the UK Specialist Register. This process is not automatic.
Complete the CCT form on your ePortfolio - select Create new event (green button).
Make sure that your your CV is updated, as required for this process. You will find a template for CVs on the CCT form or on on our web page about CCT. If you do not include the required information in your CV it can delay the process.
We will then submit a recommendation to the GMC. The GMC will contact you directly.
Complete these steps within 12 months of your CCT date. After this time we are unable to make a recommendation to the GMC on your behalf.
