You can also contact us - submit a request and in in 'What can we help with?', select Theory exams. Or phone us on +44 (0)20 7092 6000 and ask for Theory exams.
You can also try these:
- Use the Google Chrome browser
- In your browser, clear history and cache
- Restart your computer and/or your router
- Log out of Test Reach (the theory exam software) and log back in
- Redownload Test Reach
