Introduction
We regularly deliver expert-led, CPD (continuing professional development) approved courses for members and other health professionals on a range of topics, including clinical management, safeguarding, exam preparation and current topics.
Our courses are held either online, in person (typically at our central London office) or hybrid (a mix). Each course has a limited number of places, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and participate.
How can I find and book a course?
You can see upcoming courses on our main website. Select a course to read the details, including the date(s), start and end times, cost, location, as well as the course aim, learning outcomes, target audiences and any pre-requisites.
From the course page, you can book and pay for your place via our online form. (Most of our course registrations are managed through Eventsforce.) We will email you confirmation and joining instructions.

How do I tell you about access or dietary requirements?
You can include this information when you book your place.

Are course fees different for members and non-members?
Yes. our course fees vary depending on whether you are a member, your membership type and your role. Members always get a discount. These details are included on the course page.

Can I join a waiting list if a course is full?
Yes, we manage waiting lists for fully‑booked courses. If a course is full, the course page will show a link to our waiting list form. If a place becomes available, we will contact individuals who join the waiting list in date order to offer the place.
Can I get notifications when courses become available to book?
You can see all of our courses on our RCPCH Learning website, including courses that are not yet scheduled or available to book.
If you would like to get an email notification when a selected course is available, complete our expression of interest form.
Do I need an RCPCH account to join a course?
Yes. The course materials are managed on RCPCH Learning, which you can access on your RCPCH online account. You don't need to be a member to create an account with us - it's easy to set up or reset your password.
