If you need to send a report or event to your Educational or Clinical Supervisor and their name does not populate on the form, please ensure that you have a current link between you and your ES/CS in place.
You may need to save the form in draft and come out of it to check your ES/CS link. Usually you would add your ES/CS when you add a current post and may need to do this. If you wish to send a form/event to a previous ES/CS we can extend the previous link for you.
If when trying to add a supervisor to your account, their name does not come up it may be that they do not have the correct role on ePortfolio.
For an extension of link to ES/CS or checking an ES/CS role please submit a ticket and include your RCPCH no. in any correspondence so we can respond with ease.
Once you have a current link to your supervisor in place you will be visible on their list of trainees on their ePortfolio Dashboard.
