If you get an email telling you there is a problem with your exam registration
The email will explain the reason your registration was rejected.
The most common reason for rejection is is that the evidence uploaded is insufficient. This might be relating to an English language translation of the Primary Medical Qualification certificate.
You can log in to the exams booking system with your RCPCH online account to fix this.
If you cannot enter enter your GMC (General Medical Council) number on your registration form
This is likely due to a small discrepancy in your name that blocks the auto verification on the form.
To register without your GMC number, select ‘No’ when asked if you have a GMC number. Then upload a copy of your GMC certificate along with your Primary Medical Qualification and photo ID.
