Please wait until you have received your results exam outcome letter with feedback (about seven days after your result is published on your online account).
If after reviewing your marks and feedback, you still have concerns, you can submit a Review of Mark request, for a fee.
See the Complaints and Appeals Policy, (Review of Mark request policy is in section 10) to ensure your request is within policy.

We will let you know the outcome within 15 working days after the scheduled meeting for this review.
