For candidates applying for the MRCPCH or DCH Clinical exams, refunds are at the discretion of the RCPCH Clinical Assessment Managers.
If you wish to request a withdrawal, please submit a request, including evidence.
If you have paid the exam fee, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administration fee. The percentage refund, if any, is determined by the Clinical Assessment Managers. The decision is based on whether it is possible to replace the candidate and on the evidence received.
Fees cannot be transferred to a future exam date.
If you have scheduled surgery, are expecting a child or will have recently given birth around the time of the exam, you should carefully consider your ability to prepare for and take the MRCPCH Clinical exam. If you need to withdraw for reasons that could have been foreseen, you may not be eligible for a refund.
